Scotland Music CDs

Ross Records catalogue consists of thousands of Scotland music CDs, many on our own Label produced since the 1970's on LP's, cassettes and now CDs. Scotland Music Cds can be split into areas of Scottish Music, Song and Humour. The music consists of Scottish accordion music, Scottish fiddle music, Scottish bagpipe music and Tin Whistle Music.

Scottish music cds songs are plentiful and we have various male and female artists in our catalogue. Scottish Humour is very popular and includes humour from the North East of Scotland from 'Scotland The What?' and 'Auld Broon'. Scottish Bothy Ballads include Artists like 'Tam Reid' and 'Ian Middleton'.

Scottish Humour CDs

Scotland The What? are still as popular as ever and have 2 Scotland music CDs. The Best Of Scotland The What?(Aye, nae them aa', jist some o' them) and The Best Of Scotland The What Volume 2 (Still nae them aa' but a pucklie mair o' them). Scotland The What? consisting of Buff Hardie, Stephen Robertson and George Donald were recently awarded the 'Freedom of the City of Aberdeen'. There very funny CDs include 12 and 14 tracks respectively. Auld Broon

This CD consists of a selection of the many poems, stories and songs composed over the years by Simon Brown of Aberchirder, Banffshire. Simon, sometimes called 'The Bard o' Foggieloan', had a remarkable memory and never wrote down any of his compositions. Tracks include The Bonnie Howes o' Marnoch, Across the Road, Robbie Shepherd, The Foggie Show, Skeibies, Rural Night At Netherdale, Hector Hosie and Auld Broon, The Monster, Stephen Cowe, The last o' Broon and The Foggie Sewer.
