Q. How long will it be before I get my order ?
A. Normally orders are despatched by post on the day we receive them. If any item is out of stock we will inform you by e-mail and give details of the expected despatch date. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm.
Q. Which format of DVD is suitable for my country?
A. Check your DVD player to see if it supports the PAL or NTSC format or both.
PAL & NTSC Video Broadcast Standards
NTSC format is mainly supported in USA, Canada, Japan, South America & the Caribbean.
PAL format is supported in most other countries, including UK, South Africa, Australia & New Zealand.
Many DVD/video players available worldwide are dual format and will support both PAL and NTSC formats.
Some DVDs are available in Worldwide or format. This means that the DVDs are double sided and have PAL format on one side and NTSC (North American) format on the other side. The format of each DVD on our website is indicated in the product description.
Q. Is it possible to find a specific music track or artist ?
A. Use the SEARCH facility to find the songs, tunes and artists if you are uncertain where to look. Enter a word from the music track or artist name that you are looking for in the search box on the home page.

Q. How do I request a mail order catalogue?
A. Click on the home page link "Request a catalogue." Indicate on the form displayed which catalogue type you would like to request. There are four catalogues available:
