The year begins on Easter Sunday, moving on through the year to witness Sheep Shearing and Dipping, followed by the Ultra Scanning of Ewes, and lambing the following spring.

Lastly we join Henry early one morning at the top of the Downs to pick out lambs for slaughter later to be sold at the Family Butchers Shop.
