YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM(S) TO US UNOPENED and in the original condition.

To ensure safe transit the item should be wrapped in the original delivery box or one of equivalent quality.

In the event of goods being faulty or damaged on arrival please contact us immediately to request Return Authorisation, and tell us the nature of the fault or damage.

The refund will occur within 30 days of cancellation/return, on the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction.
